Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Mas Personal Workspace accesses and handles Google user data. The workspace is a private, owner-operated tool and is not offered for public registration.
1. Information accessed
When the owner authorizes Google access, the workspace may read Gmail message metadata, message content, and attachments necessary to complete an owner-requested task. Current Google access is read-only.
The public website at this domain does not request Google credentials, create public user accounts, set advertising cookies, or collect analytics.
2. How information is used
Google user data is used only to carry out tasks explicitly requested by the owner. Examples include finding an email, retrieving a requested attachment, identifying a receipt or notice, and helping the owner organize or analyze information contained in those materials.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
3. Processing and disclosure
Information may be processed by service providers selected by the owner, including Google and the software or AI tools used to perform the requested task. Such processing is limited to providing or improving the owner-requested functionality, maintaining security, complying with law, or another action expressly authorized by the owner.
Mas Personal Workspace does not disclose Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
4. Storage and retention
This public website stores no Google user data. OAuth credentials are handled by authenticated tools selected by the owner rather than by this website. Requested messages, attachments, or derived notes may be retained in the owner's private workspace when the owner asks for them to be saved, and may be deleted by the owner.
5. Security and owner control
Access is restricted to the owner and the tools the owner authorizes. The owner can revoke Google access at any time from the third-party connections page in the owner's Google Account. Revocation prevents future access but does not automatically delete material the owner previously chose to retain locally.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
Mas Personal Workspace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
